ROUJEA REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At ROUJEA, we stand behind the design and clinical integrity of our advanced formulations and skincare technologies. To ensure absolute confidence in your skin investment, we offer an extended evaluation window backed by our global assurance standards.
1. The 60-Day Risk-Free Trial Program
We recognize that true dermal and structural refinement takes time. Therefore, we provide a 60-Day Risk-Free Trial on our premier product selections.

Evaluation Period: You have a full 60 days from the documented date of physical delivery to evaluate your product and integrate it into your regular wellness routine.

Clinical Expectation: If you have utilized the product consistently as directed and are not completely satisfied with the visual progression of your skin's clarity, firmness, or texture, you are fully entitled to initiate a return.
2. Return Authorization & Condition Standards
To maintain strict hygiene, cosmetic safety, and bio-compatible quality controls, all returns must fulfill the following operational criteria:

Prerequisites: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all structural inserts, protective linings, charging accessories, and informational guides.

Sanitary Status: Devices must be thoroughly cleaned, free of residual skincare topicals, and show no signs of structural damage, cracking, or user-induced misuse.

Skincare / Consumables: For topical products or consumable items to qualify for a refund, they must be returned with a reasonable portion of the formulation remaining for our laboratories to execute quality assurance verifications.
3. Return Logistics Hub
To streamline our global evaluation and recycling programs, all physical returns must be routed directly to our centralized international quality control hub located in the Netherlands.

Initiation: To begin a return, you must contact our concierge team at service@roujea.com to obtain a verified Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact address of our Netherlands processing facility. Returns sent back without an official RMA code will not be accepted.

Transit Costs: Unless a product arrives with a certified manufacturing defect, the client is responsible for acquiring and purchasing a tracked return shipping label to our facility in the Netherlands. We strongly advise utilizing a recorded and insured shipping provider, as ROUJEA cannot issue refunds for items lost or severely damaged during return transit.
4. Quality Inspection & Refund Execution

Receiving Protocol: Once your package is securely received at our Netherlands inspection hub, our clinical team executes a physical quality check within 5 to 7 business days to verify the contents and condition of the device or product layout.

Reversion of Funds: Upon formal return approval, an automated command is issued to reverse the funds directly back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or localized payment provider).

Processing Delay: Please note that banking institutions and credit providers can take an additional 3 to 10 processing days to dynamically reflect the credited balance on your statement.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
If a product arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive a different product allocation than what was ordered, please contact us immediately at service@roujea.com within 48 hours of physical receipt. Include high-resolution images of the parcel box and the product footprint. We will issue an expedited, complimentary replacement shipment immediately at zero cost to you.
